Formation Counseling Services (FCS) is seeking candidates to lead the ministry into an exciting new phase of development. The Director of FCS empowers the mission, casts the vision, and supports the implementation of the ministry. The staff of FCS passionately pursues a mission to partner with churches and other ministries to provide counseling services that inspire healing, growth, and renewal. FCS is a non-profit agency devoted to making counseling services accessible to those with the fewest resources and the greatest need. It is also dedicated to providing exceptional clinical services for all in the community. The scope of FCS reaches across two states, with ten locations in New Mexico and five in Georgia.
